David J. Krynauw, DDS
Dr. Krynauw graduated in 1985 from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. After graduation, he completed his compulsory 2 year Army Service in the South African Medical Corps, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant. During this time he gained extensive experience in Oral Surgery, and for the last 7 months of his Service, was seconded back to his Alma Mater, where he lectured dental students in Cosmetic and Conservative Dentistry. He then joined a private practice in Johannesburg emphasizing Cosmetic and General Dentistry. He moved to England in 1988, where he practiced for 3 years, during which time he commenced with the working of attaining his American Dental Licensure. He moved back to Cape Town in 1991, where he maintained his own high end practice.
Dr. Krynauw completed his Florida State Board Licensure Exams in 1992, and in the beginning of 1993, he moved to practice in Palm Beach, Florida, for 5 years, doing mainly Cosmetic and Full Mouth Reconstructive Dentistry. During this time, Dr. Krynauw also took the North East Regional Board and the Central Regional Board (including the States of New York, Connecticut, Michigan, etc.) and had an AVERAGE mark of 98% for these exams.
Dr. Krynauw then had a practice in Jupiter for two years before moving to the Treasure Coast in 2000, where he has been practicing ever since.
Dr. Krynauw has been elected to the International Who's Who of Professionals in 1995.
He has extensive experience in all phases of dentistry, with an emphasis on aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, including full mouth rehabilitations, and has developed a loyal following of patients, many of them fellow dentists, specialists and their families.
He is an avid golfer, with a current 3 handicap, and also enjoys boating and deep sea fishing. He and his wife, Susanne, have five children: Maxine, Sasha, Sophia, Douglas and Anton, and, above all, his true love is being with his wife and children.
Becky - Practice Manager
Becky is the warm, friendly smile that greets you as you come into our office. She has worked in all aspects of the Dental office since 1999, and is very knowledgeable in her position. She has a sincere concern for our patients well being. Becky is more than willing, and capable of assisting patients with any questions regarding Insurance, Scheduling, and Financial options.
Lyn - Scheduling Coordinator
Lyn is the friendly, courteous person who works alongside Becky at the front desk. She offers years of experience at the dental front office to our practice, and she is extremely capable in all things relating to scheduling, processing and insurance matters.
Lorraine - RDH
Lorraine was born and raised in Miami, and graduated from Palm Beach J. C. School of Dental Hygiene. She brings to the practice 30 plus years of clinical practice experience, and a commitment to learning and providing optimal care for the patient.
She is very happy to be in an office where we all have the same goals, and passion for our patients.
Sandy - RDH
Sandy was raised in Vero Beach and has lived in Fort Pierce for 38 years. She attended IRSC for Dental Hygiene and brings 15 years of clinical experience to the practice. She is very happy to be working in a high quality practice, where patient care is paramount.
Patti - CDA
Patti has been a Certified Dental Assistant for 20 years. She graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in 1988.
She has been with Dr. Krynauw for 8 years.
Roseann - CDA
Roseann is a licensed dental assistant, and has worked with Dr. Krynauw for 8 years. She is a very compassionate caring person, an excellent communicator, and great at putting "worried" patients at ease.
Justine - Front Desk
Justine is the very friendly smiling face who helps us at the Front Desk. She is our latest addition to our practice, and we are happy to have her.
